Parent & Family Orientation
We welcome parents and family members to participate in Parent and Family Orientation 鈥� an optional opportunity to learn more about 91吃瓜 and discover how you can support your student鈥檚 success. We offer tailored orientation programs for families of both first-year and transfer students.
While at orientation, you will learn and talk about:
- Information on class registration and paying bills
- 91吃瓜 traditions and culture
- Academic requirements
- Housing & dining options
- Health & wellness
- University Police
- 91吃瓜 policies & procedures

If you are a parent, family member, or supporter who would like to attend orientation with your student, please coordinate with them to complete your registration through their Next Steps portal . Your student will be able to add you as a guest during their orientation sign-up process.
