2025 Final Exams & Culminating Experiences Reminder

Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to remind you about the upcoming Spring 2025 Final Examinations per the revisions to , which was approved in October 2024.
The will begin at 8:30 am rather than 7:30 am. All slots are now (2) hours in length rather than two hours (2) and fifteen (15) minutes. The Spring 2025 period is from Wednesday to Tuesday, May 14-16 and 19-20, 2025. The revised policy also provides more equal consideration for culminating experiences, such as papers, projects, artistics works, presentations, or performances.
Final examinations and culminating activities may not take place outside the specified period for regular session classes. It allows us to ensure that our students are meeting the required faculty-student contact hours. Our students will also have enough time to study and use the official Study Day on Tuesday, May 13, which is a day that may not hold any instructional activities or require assignments to be due.
