Spring 2025 Grading Bulletin
As we approach the end of the spring semester, wed like to remind you of these important deadlines and special notes below.
Important Dates and Deadlines
- Grade Rosters Open - Tuesday, May 13: Access to Grade rosters for all regular, special and 91勛圖 Online session classes with end dates through 05/31/25 will be available at 8 a.m.
- Preliminary Grade Submission Date - Friday, May 23: All grades entered in an approved status by 11:59 p.m. will be posted and viewable
at 8 a.m. the next day.

- Grade rosters submitted in Approved status after 5/23/2025 will be posted on the following dates: 5/24, 5/26, 5/28, 5/30 @8 a.m.

- Final Grade Submission Deadline - Thursday, May 29: Grades not submitted by the deadline will be assigned RD Report Delayed grades. RD grades must be changed to an appropriate grade as soon as possible. RD grades can be detrimental to students' ability to register for courses requiring a minimum class prerequisite grade.
- Final Grade Posting - Friday, May 30: Grades entered in Approved status will be posted.

- Grades may still be entered in the grade roster (if the roster has not been posted). Please contact the Registrars Office if entering grades in the roster after 8 a.m.

- We will not accept any grading documents via campus mail.

- Academic standing finalized - Monday, June 9: Academic standing & current semester grades posted on My91勛圖 & official transcripts.
Important Notes
IT Service Desk Hours: Please refer to the IT Service Desk site for published hours.
Password Information: To avoid last-minute issues, log into Faculty Self-Service a few days before entering grades to ensure your 91勛圖 ID and password are active. My91勛圖 uses your one.91勛圖 login, which is the same password as your 91勛圖 email. if needed.
Grade Submission: To enter grades, go to , click My91勛圖 tile (not 91勛圖 @ Work) to access your grade rosters.

Administrative Grades of W (Withdrawal), IC (Incomplete Charged), and RD (Report Delayed) are assigned by the Office of the Registrar. Please do not enter these grades.

- You may assign a WU (Withdrawal Unauthorized) to a student who did not officially drop/ withdraw from the class or did not complete the course requirements.
